Margaret Dixon is passionate about helping leaders achieve breakthrough results for themselves, their teams, and their organizations. These results are achieved by learning to clarify, simplify and achieve their vision, all while building a strong and healthy organization.
Margaret is a Certified EOS Implementer and has helped hundreds of leaders effectively implement the EOS system into their organizations. Formerly a Master Chair for Vistage International, Margaret led dynamic CEO think tanks for seven years, receiving national recognition for her work. Margaret has delivered over 3500 hours coaching leaders in more than 50 organizations.
Margaret is a life-long entrepreneur. During her 30+ year career she has started and grown companies to extraordinary success. Margaret’s last start-up grew to $35MM in revenue and 500 people in less than five years.
Margaret’s purpose is to help her clients avoid the pain of misalignment and experience the thrill of Vision, Traction, Healthy achieved when implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System.
